Hisense WTDW851S (8.5kg) Washing Machine Repair & Servicing

Symptoms:

• Washing machine Spin Mode is not working when loaded

Findings:

• Found out rubber belt (Z-445E) between motor and gear mechanism was almost broken, unable to drive during Spin Mode. Drum (with no load) rotate very slowly during Spin Mode.

Photos:

1. Open the bottom cover, check the rubber belt condition (worn-out and almost broken)
2. Check the rubber belt part number (Z-445E) and look for equivalent parts.
3. Buy online for the replacement rubber belt (M19), equivalent to Z-445E
4. Replace with new rubber belt (M19)
5. Completed with drum cleaning
