How to Get Refund from RFID for Double Deduction or Overcharged?

 
  • RFID Portal Dashboard page after login into your account
  • Make sure all your active RFID Tag IDs are listed here, else add in accordingly
  • Go to Refund > Refund Request, submit your request by click the "Next" button
  • Get the target transaction records (e.g.: double deduction) and click "Request Refund"
  • Fill in the required info and submit the form
  • Once submitted, you will be provided a copy of summary with Case Reference Number
  • You will be refunded within 30 days from the request submission. For my case, it is about 14 days.
  • An email notification will be sent out to you, and refund will be credited into your TnG eWallet
