  1. Noxxa Breadmaker Oven (Model: BM315SC)
  2. After remove the top metal housing. (Note: There are 2 special security screws at the bottom of the metal housing, can try to unscrew it using plier)
  3. Remove the Main PCB from front panel
  4. Found a dead lizard between front panel and Main PCB. No damage to any functionality.
  5. Remove the top cover, the upper heating element was broken, reconnect it with overlapping a small portion of it to make it connected again
  6. Unscrew 4 screws, take out the metal plate, adjust (push to slightly lower) the door latch mechanism so that it can contact the plate just right under it.
  7. Security screws (flanged button head screws). I changed it to normal screws after removed it.

Cost involved:

  • NIL
[ Updates ]
  • Upper (Top) heating element broken again on 08/Feb/25. Total of 2 sets of Noxxa Oven received.
    • Fixed 1st unit on 08/Feb/25 (using existing parts from 2nd unit)
    • Fixed 2nd unit on 18/Mar/25 (wait for new upper heating elements to be restock by seller)
  • Although still can repeat the same fixing by overlapping a small portion of it to make it reconnected, it is not for long run.
  • This time, I replaced it with new upper heating element (http://my.shp.ee/6mSBpqg).
    • The OEM upper heating element is not exactly fit the existing slots
    • Need to modify/enlarge the existing slots in order able to slot it in
    • Need to enlarge to small hole at the end of the heating elements in order to fit the screws to short both upper heating elements at one end.
  • Tested the new upper heating elements working in good condition.
