Info: Preparing and Reporting to KMKK (Matriculation College)

Kolej Matrikulasi Kejuruteraan Kedah (KMKK): 2nd Intake @ 2025-07-06 (135pax)

  • SPM 2024/25 candidates can apply online starting from:
    • Phase 1: 1 December 2024 – 28 February 2025
    • Phase 2: 24 April 2025 – 28 April 2025
  • Appeals submission can be made online only from 21 May to 21 June 2025 after the results of the successful candidates are officially announced.
  • 2nd intake candidates announced on 30 Jun 2025 and reporting on 06 Jul 2025 or 07 Jul 2025.


  • Accept the Offer online (from MoE), print out the required docs as listed

  • Proceed to pay registration fee at BSN (walk-in) / myBSN (App) or Interbank GIRO (IBG)
    • For BSN: You will need to pay RM0.60 service charges
    • For IBG: Please pay using IBG only, do not pay via Instant Transfer or DuitNow
    • No cash payment will be accepted during physical reporting day
    • Amount of Registration Fee is stated below, depends on the course you are going to enroll
    • Registration Fee is for following items, all tuition fee and hostel fee are fully borne by the Malaysia government
      • Student's Insurance
      • Orientation Week T-Shirt (2 sets)
      • Student ID Card (Kad Matrik)
      • Workshop Coat
      • Lab Coat
      • Student's activities fees
    • Eligible students (for family household income below RM10,000) will get Student Living Allowance (Bantuan Sara Hidup Pelajar - BSHP, RM250/month) from govt, upon approval granted.
    • Malaysian University English Test (MUET) exam fee to be paid by student after getting 1st BSHP from govt.
    • Once completed, save a copy of the slip generated (for submission during physical registration)
  • Student Financing Agreement (Perjanjian Pembiayaan Pelajar)
    • Please print out 2 copies for stamping & submission
    • Use only Black / Blue Ball Pen to fill in manually, all in CAPITAL LETTERS
    • Witness must be from MP / ADUN / Justice of the Peace / Chief / Village Head / government employees of the Management and Professional groups (Grade DG41 and above).
    • Each witness must use the official stamp of his/her position and department. The use of stamps for "on behalf of" is PROHIBITED.
    • LEAVE BLANK the "Signed on behalf of the GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA" column on Page 15. This column will be filled in by the Director of the Matriculation College of the Ministry of Education Malaysia.
    • Submit for stamping online at https://stamps.hasil.gov.my using student's own account
    • Stamping Fee to be paid via FPX online: RM10 (original copy) + RM10 (duplicate copy)
